An amusing scene from today's anti-Palin/Beck rally in Anchorage
You know protests always draw counterprotests, but check out this guy with the countercounterprotest. Stuck to his target like glue all afternoon. The other side of this "hate is a liberal value" guy's sign said "Sarah Palin 2012." I guess there's one in every crowd. :shakinghead:

I'm not sure what to expect tonight. I know some people have chosen not to go downtown to protest this evening because of the possibility of unfriendly confrontation -- and Sarah's people tend to be armed. I think I'll just run down there, maybe get a vantagepoint from a high-rise parking lot or something, and just hang out and see what happens. It's my downtown after all, and I can do what I want.

hey I can get behind that, I have lot's of hate left in me from the last thirty years of right wing devastation.....I can admit I hate the fuckers, so why can't they? This guy is your typical hypocrite right-wing douche bag!

12. Oh yeah...the liberals go on TV and urge people to protest
the mosque. They go on TV and urge people to kill the president and kill Democratic members of congress. And to get in the fact of the representatives. They call people names, they call the president a Nazi a communist a racist.....oh yeah all that hate that is constantly be spewed by the liberals.

See this is what the media does, it turns the real culprits around to be the victims and blame US FOR WHAT THEY DO. IT SUCKS. And until the MSM is brought under control we will continue to see this happen. Because the right wing nuts have no brains at all and have to led around by that invisible ring in their nose.

There are haters all over the world, of every political spectrum. However, the Right definitely eminates a stronger ray of hate than anyone else.

23. Righteous!
I live a mile from there and I avoided it at all cost. The fact that it was some 09/11 rally isn't what pissed me off, it's the fact that they charged, charity donation or not, for a ceremony honoring the victims 09/11. As Blue_roses mom said today... "anyone that charges one cent for anything to remember Sept 11th is heinous and evil and a cold hearted son of a..." Go mom!!!

Can't believe that fucker and that skank were in my town. Must go do a cleansing ritual. Uggghhh.

LOL! I would do the same - get out the sage!!!

And about Glenda donating to charity thing, I would be interested in seeing if this was mentioned in the original invitation or if it was something he came up with when people started commenting on him profiting off those who were needlessly killed on 9/11 and who's families he has publicly stated that he "hated" and "wished would shut up".

As of yesterday evening, they still had 700 tickets left out of 4500. Tomorrow he will probably say that he had "hundreds of thousands". ((sarcasm))

Wonder how many got drunk at the "wet" area? Way to be classy on a night of honoring the victims of a tragedy, get the crazy conservatives drunk.

28. PRETENDING being the key word here
They may be able to white-out the racism from their signs and even proclaim their innocence, but the the racist stuff on the internet is VILE!

SPLC has documented a dramatic increase in the numbers of extremist and hate groups in the U.S. What a coincidence that that happened only after we elected a black President...

But really, there's so many uninformed zombie's , so when a Republican citizen meets as a friend a Democrat friend.. and the Republican says why do you hate us so much. Obviously the Democrat's mouth will hit the floor and say. ??? was thinking the same thing about you...

yes freedom does not equal hate. Republicans get with the program. Freedom also does not equal anarchy. There is no freedom in anarchy. And that is what the tea party hedges on. Every time there's a peace protest, the violent ones are the anarchists :(
