because I saw short time story on the CNN.. not much story about Judge.

There was a controversy involving the false filing of financial disclosure statements.
Federal Judge in LA appointed by Clinton.

The short story is he, like many politicians and judges have done for ages in Louisiana, solicited and took gifts from attorneys currently appearing before him, and refused to recuse himself, and may have perjured himself to hide bribe money. Though not an exceptionally odious person, he likely pissed off enough wrong people, as he burned his candle on both ends (not unlike former Gov. Edwin Edwards). I know him as an affable person who suffered terrible tragedies due to hurricane Katrina.
