Thank you, Jerry Falwell

I want to thank the late Jerry Falwell. If you haven't figured out by my moniker, I used to be a Republican. The more Jerry Falwell showed himself to be an anti-christian homophobe, the more I critcally looked at the party I was in and asked myself if that was what I wanted to be affiliated with.

I send my condolences to his family, but if it weren't for Jerry Falwell, I might still be a Republican. Go figure.

My fear is that way too many people listen to the Falwells and Robertsons and simply accept what they say without ever questioning what they hear.
