several times in the past week. I reboot my computer, and the correct page is back again. I have NO idea what has been going on, but thought it was my system. Glad to know it isn't just me.

Hold the shift key down while you press the 'refresh page button'.
(Edit: LOL... I just tried this myself and I am now seeing Sept 8 too!)
I think they must load balance the servers and one of the servers is out of date!
