The biggest part of our huge government is the military, directly or indirectly. It's huge in scope, huge in scale, vast in its reach, and colossal in its expense.

If you believe, as most teabaggers do, that we must have such an enormous military, then you believe in big government. And you believe in high taxes, because that's what it takes to fund our military.
