8. And Those House Numbers Aren't Looking As Hot Either...
The other day I heard some asshat predict the GOOP would win 80 seats. :wtf:

The O'Donnell's "win", she not only took what appeared to be a solid pick-up opportunity in the Senate away from the GOOP, but Castle's House seat could now pass to a Democrat as well.

The more people see the teabaggers the more they realize how unhinged not only these people are but their own candidates and it's gotta raise some questions. For the "enthusiasm gap" the corporate media (especially Chuckles loves to quote), it's a manufactured statistic to fit their story line. The reality is still who has the best GOTV operation...who can get their people to the polls and the Democrats are just starting to gear things up.

While I still expect there to be losses in November, it'll be nowhere near what the "pundits" are hoping for. Yes, people want change...things are shitty, but last night showed that even inside the GOOP party they aren't happy. As I had predicted last year when the baggers started to make noise, they'll tear the GOOP apart and that day is soon at hand. If they don't win a majority somewhere, we could be in for a lot of fun times. Our job...if you love to see rushpublicans cry (especially Boner), is to make their self fulfilling prophecy turn into a nightmare.

11. People tend to forget there was another whackadoo running in Delaware and he won too
Urquhart is a bit saner than O'Donnell but not by much.

The Tea Party turned Delaware totally blue.

Ironically the republicans have some control over the state congress - I wouldn't be suprised if a new law comes thru that changes the primaries to open primary. Had this been an open primary, Mike Castle would have won.

9. Seriously as opposed to real republicans how many
tea bags have won primary elections. The MSM acts like the whole country is a tea bag.

10. Hell, Karl Rove said the same thing after the election was called
Everyone on the Morning Joe set today pretty much said the same thing as well.

The only person who disagreed was Pat Buchanan but it's obvious that Pat's little general is affecting Pat's judgement just like it did with Palin.
