Wow! Could Christine O'Donnell get any nastier?
I haven't paid any attention to her but because she was covered so extensively this morning I listened and watched. She had a distinct tone that turned me off. As much as I liked to hear her snark at the Republicans, I am wondering if her true colors are showing and she will go down in flames in the general election because of it.

She was taunting, self righteous, pompous and all around disagreeable. I imagined her stamping her foot, hands on hips. I'm sure THAT will go over big in November...

My late mother would tell her "you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar!"

2. I really don't believe that she could be elected. A
state that elected Joe Biden could not, in my wildest dreams elect this piece of crap. Remember how they made fun of Alan Keys because he ran in election after election. Well why are they making fun of her for that. She is a pre-annual candidate.

4. She was even using some of Palin's Catch Phrases
I think she sees herself as the younger, prettier, and dumber Sarah Palin.

The thing that scares me is how ANYONE could vote for her if you listen to what she says....yet she now has a whole legion of zombies hanging on her every word.

8. My impression too - she is so smug and she seems to have no idea what lying means
She was confronted on CNN with a talking head, who spoke of her having claimed at an out of state rally that she beat Biden in two out of three in 2008. She denied that she ever said that. They roll the audio tape - and that is verbatim what she said. She then said that she meant that she "tied" Biden in those two states - and when she next spoke she "almost" tied Biden. Then later she again spoke of winning "some".

The real numbers? Biden won in all three. One was very close - she got 49.8%, but the other two were blow outs - especially New Castle, which had over twice as many votes cast as the other two combined. http://content.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/NationalElectionResultsByStateCounty.aspx?sp=DE&oi=S&rti=G She only got 35.35 - and Biden was busy campaigning nationwide and it was very clear that he was the favorite to get the VP slot.

9. Has She Ever Won An Election?
Ahhh...another GOOP Grifter. Take the campaign contributions and pay yourself for a job you're neither qualified or elected to. That sure shows a lot of "fiscal responsibility".

This again shows how poor of a "farm system" the GOOP has...relying on a "pitbull in lipstick" to muddy the fact she's a total zero as both a candidate and a human being. If anyone with any sense or decency is left in the GOOP, they're checking to see where the exits are this morning.

The teabag monster will turn the GOOP into a regional party once and for all...

14. Contrast that with Castle's concession speech
which was gracious as hell.

I understand O'Donnell being a little bitter but anyone with a little self-awareness would understand why the national and state party has concerns about her.

And they will hold nothing back. Their nuttiness will be on full, glorious, display.

There will be a very, very clear choice this Nov. The nutty Republicans or the sane Dems.

15. She struck me as a Sarah Palin clone. A Mini Me.
Right down to the inflammatory rhetoric about Americans who are angry and fed up and are rising up to take back their country. Everything she said and did was right out of the Palin Playbook, right down to the mannerisms and speaking style.

What a sight to wake up to. :puke:

I only hope that people are right and Coons will win in a walk in November. Anymore, I just don't know.
