Do you think the shards o glass commercials are effective?
For anyone unfamiliar, it's like an anti-cigarette satirical company selling unhealthy/unsafe items (http://www.shardsoglass.com/). I thought the commercials were cute but a lot of people don't get it at all and I have to explain several times and they still don't get it. Doesn't seem like an effective way to get people not to smoke.

1. Interesting. Dr. Mehmet Oz used the same term when talking about diabetes.
