Think of the time before Creation as back story created at moment of creation.

Or think outside of time, where creation of Billions of years can be instantaneous.


There is a reason that 'the Word' was around before time, its not that complicated. Although before is usually a time concept, so you have to think in stacked realities. I figure the pens are side by side realities.
