Air America has had and still has some excellent on air talent, but it is mostly in spite of the guys in ties they get to run the thing.

The rebranding and overly stylized site smacks of corporate suit who wanted to put his fingerprints on it, and hired an ad firm that is tone deaf to progressive sensibilities.

Apart from the use of "liberal" they've got a photoshop of Bush in leather bondage garb--potentially funny in another context, but plays into the latte liberal stereotype on the front page of Air America.

It is important to have a presence in commercial radio. It's too bad the business people keep fucking it up.

1. Wish I could tune in.
We lost AAR in Atlanta a over a year ago. I know they've had problems, but I really miss it.

3. Once you FIND them, that's true. But how the network is sold to public who doesn't listen yet
does have an impact on general public.
