4. I didn't know that. I think he's pretty right-on with his financial assessments so |
|
I like watching him. I get the impression he'd be just as hard on the Republicans if he didn't agree with their approach, too.

Of course, some here hate his financial assessments because he doesnt pick sides in his criticisms, both party's get lambasted if he thinks they've done something wrong.

10. Bullshit. He is a Republican Tool designed to channel anger towards dems. |
|
He uses the ploy where the best lies are 90% truth, and the 90% that is truth based on republican policies is plenty to rile you up. That makes you swallow the 10% that is based on lies designed to poison attitudes towards Dems.
Don't be a sucker, watch for the patterns in his spiels.

|
In fact I've seen him criticize Republicans more often than Democrats.
He must have pissed off the corporate wing of our party for all the efforts being put out to discredit him recently.

20. The only "shill" is someone promoting his rightwing rhetoric and lies. |
|
The fact is that the Republicans have destroyed our country, so he damned well has to criticize them more than he does the dems. He fulfills his function for the GOP by then routinely equating Dem policy with Repuke policy - a total lie.
If you want to be a sucker, no one can stop you. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it see the writing on the wall, or something like that...

|
Edited on Wed Sep-15-10 05:08 PM by DJ13
He even brought Spitzer out of the shadows and back in the public by having him on his show multiple times per week.
I watched that youtube clip where he claims to be conservative, and it was edited like Hannity does video to slam Democrats to make him look as bad as possible.
Maybe you should wonder who has it in for him, and why.

The guy who hosted Fast Money on CNBC and got on MSNBC as part of the Obama wave of change, road that wave and is now ripping on Dems would rip on Repubs too just like he did when he was hosting Fast Money. Give me a fucking break.

saying that so I'll pay closer attention. I thought he was pretty independent but just sincerely disagreed with the Admin's financial agenda.
He DOES share our views on some of Obama's appointments, hiring the roosters to guard the hen house type of thing...

I don't believe he has any principals, just likes to try to create controversy so he will get more attention.

and as a Democracy/Republic...shouldn't we WELCOME THAT?
If you want DOCTRINE "One Sided thinking" then watch FOX News or Listen to Rush Limbaugh and the many other Talk Show Doctrinaires. Or watch the "Religious Channels." They are certainly wanting to give you their Armaggedonist Garbage!

16. He loves it so much that when Debi Wasserman-Schultz was on, he never |
|
let her answer a single question, then had the gall to accuse her of refusing to answer him. That's when she took off her mike and walked off the set. He later apologized for being "a little to strident" but "stood by his points". That's the day I stopped watching him. And when he was on CNBC, he was a conservative, too.

So...I watch him sometimes. He does have some good Progressive Dem Spokespersons on his show frequently.
I think his show is a MIX. I'm okay with that.

|
when he did his "Fast Money Show" and he's a person we could use on the DEM Side..even if he's a Conservative...he's a Fiscal Conservative and fighting to CLEAN UP Wall ST. He has been a very strong voice on Wall St. Reform...and we don't have Dems who are Fighting for Reform. We need a Conservative on our side in this.

DEM policies are not responsible. They did NOT cause the meltdown. He is a tool DESIGNED to oppose dem policies. If you don't see that you are blind.

You think folks here want to trash Biden and Shultz? You gotta be kidding...or intruding.
