Will they allow Phelps to scream his hatred or try to mute it in some way?

If they successfully mute him, we can take tips on what to do the next time WBC pickets a gay or military funeral.

If they are unsuccessful, and Phelps sues, he gets Falwell's money, not the money of gays or military families.

The Phelps clan is pissed that while Falwell did spew a huge amount of lies and vitriol in the direction of the gay community, he never actually killed any homosexuals. Such half-hearted support of the \"pro-family\" agenda is not to be tolerated.
