Is Anybody Here Going To Ed Schultz's One Nation Oct 2nd Rally?.......
I really haven't heard much about it here on DU and was wondering if he's going to get a good turnout?

This movement includes human and civil rights organizations, unions and trade associations, nonprofit organizations, youth and student groups, religious and other faith groups, educational, peace, environmental, and ethnic associations, and any other groups and individuals who are committed to pulling our country back together now. As of late August 2010, there are more than 150 ONWT organizational partners and tens of thousands of individuals.

5. I'm Glad To Hear That It Is Supported By So Many Groups And Organizations......
I got the impression from listening to Ed's radio show that he was challenging Beck that he could match the crowds that Beck had at his rally. I thought it was all Ed and really didn't understand the depth of support it has. I'm trying to arrange my schedule so that I could attend as well. One really doesn't hear about this One Nation rally other than on Ed's show. Why hasn't the rest of the MSM taken up and touted this event?

6. because they don't want anyone to come? just guessing.
because the contrast with how much beck's little party was touted is rather remarkable.

8. Because it's about a LIFE issue and not an anti-Democratic rally.
And the M$M doesn't promote rallies with issues contrary to the corporate agenda: Keep people poor forever, fearful of an enemy (usually created) and in need of Republican rulers.

7. This rally doesn't have the billionaires backing it
so that there are free buses and free food. That's why a lot of people showed up. The had a free ride and a free lunch. It would be nice if there were twice as many there as was as Beck's rally.
