Whistleblower in Harrison County Jail case speaks (Harrison County, Indiana)
Updated: Sep 15, 2010 2:58 PM

Harrison County Prosecutor Dennis Byrd says he has asked the Indiana State Police to investigate several allegations that inmates were mistreated. Andrew Fetter is the whistleblower at the Harrison County Jail.
