I don't think I've ever heard or seen her before because I'd remember her. She is a natural because even most experienced people struggle with making it look easy. Thom usually has a different pair sub for him (sorry, don't remember their names) and I like them fine. They're good at what they do and pleasant enough to watch or to listen to.
