14. We had thunderstorms this year that were worse than that!
Raining so hard we could not see past the front steps, repeated lightning strikes within 100 yards in just a few minutes, winds ripping limbs off trees and tossing them around. One of the lightning strikes hit a tree near the barn and blew chunks of wood a hundred feet.

16. They're not New Yorkers; they're hipsters -- probably came into Brooklyn from the Midwest --
which makes it even more ridiculous the amount of carrying on they make about this. But then, hipsters do tend to be "look at me" types. This whole thing is probably some hipper-than-though "ironic" commentary on the double-rainbow guy. Or just another "look at me" which is standard from such types.

12. But we already have the Brooklyn Cyclones
They're a farm team for the Mets.

I hope you can tell from their voices that they are NOT native NY'ers. They are native idiots, though.

17. I'm not from Kansas, but I agree
It was a hell of a microburst but I don't see any evidence of a tornado.

Those windows would have been blown out or cracked by crap flying through the air.

What hit downtown Atlanta a couple of years ago was a better example of what a small tornado leaves behind: streets full of awnings, signs, glass, and all kinds of other junk.

This one deposited hail, rain, and a few trees.
