Judge Wesley E. Brown, the oldest active fed judge at age 103
Judge Brown of the US District Court in Wichita, Kansas, one of four still-active Kennedy appointees, was rejected by Truman but appointed by Kennedy in 1962. That's what you get when judges get their jobs for life. The New York Times profiled Judge Brown today, reporting that Brown uses an oxygen tube while in court, decreased his caseload of civil cases, and will not hear any case that may lead to a long trial.
