Seriously, is driving a bus this boring?

For the second time this year, a driver has been filmed reading while he navigates a highway.

This time, it was a driver for TriMet – the Portland, Oregon equivalent of the TTC. A passenger filmed the unnamed driver with one hand on the wheel, while he fiddled with a Kindle e-reader with the other.

He can be seen dividing his attention between his reading material and the road.

According to the filmmaker, the driver read on the straightaways, in the middle of turns and right into downtown.

“When I departed the bus, he asked if I took his picture while he was driving,” the passenger told Portland’s KGW-TV. “I said I had and he responded that I was not allowed to take his photo while driving.” ............(more)
