1. I like the logo! If anything, it reminds me of a super hero emblem

Green Lantern is hella popular right now (and will be more popular when the movie comes out in the next year or two), and I think this design is a smart wink to the younger liberal voters.

I'm being facetious with the target thing, of course, I don't really care that much about the symbolism or logos or whatever, I'm more interested in policy. Maybe I should be, but whatever.
