According to the report, she has lied about her qualifications and she has lied to the IRS. For years she has been living on campaign funds, using them for rent, groceries and other personal expenses. A former campaign treasurer quit because things got so bad. He was interviewed on the show.

The charges have been leveled against her and there is every reason to think she is "guilty" as alleged. CREW is making the charges. The principal laws they're charging she broke are campaign finance laws for misappropriating her campaign donations.
