4. FRENCH!!?1?!
You mean the country that was too stupid to get on board with our wonderfully-conceived and brilliantly-executed war in Iraq?

6. Yes, one of those......

5. the physical resemblance is there
but, unlike Jackie, this woman has ZERO interest in being France's First Lady. She hates politics, has said that being First Lady sounds "boring" and she has too many other things she'd like to do (like hang out with her American author boyfriend on the other side of Paris). :-)

Oh well. It was revenge against Sarko for sleeping with journalists who were interviewing him.

7. Jackie wasn't too interested in being 'First Lady' either...
she said the title sounded like the name of a racehorse, and she'd refuse to attend certain events - often to be with her kids - and the WH would bring Ethel in to do them.

No one, in their right mind, wants to be First Lady. Hell, Eleanor Roosevelt almost ran off with her boyfriend to avoid living in the White House.

11. I didn't know that!
so, the resemblance -- philandering husband, lack of interest in the "job", strong beautiful features and similar color hair cut in a similar fashion -- continues to grow!

12. She's his second wife.
He met her when he officiated at her first marriage -(a shotgun wedding, btw).

Wonder what * will see in Sarkozy's eyes?

8. Jackie Kennedy was a class act all the way.
She had her priorities straight, too. Her kids came first. And she turned out two pretty decent people, given all they went through growing up. If John, Jr. had been a bit more cautious, he might have still been around today.

I'm pretty sure he would not be pleased with Bush.
