Poll question: AIDS in Africa and various motivations for refraining from using condoms ...
Is there any important link?

Is any speculation about possible links a hoax driven by a bigoted religious agenda or driven by an atheistic agenda?

Is prevention better than cure in the case of HIV? Alternatively, in this one special case would Africa be better off had Reagan funded development of treatments for HIV infection in Africa, while refusing to provide loans or aid money to assist in the creation of condom factories in Africa, and related infrastructure for advertising and distribution?

2. So many women in Africa have no choice who they sleep with or who their husbands sleep with. It is a
major crime that they haven't allowed funding for condoms. I think the pope owes a huge apology to the women of Africa for that. And perhaps the USA under W. Bush.

Can you nevertheless anticipate that the complete sentence won't be clear to you?

Is any part clear?
