Credo mobile.......Anyone a customer? |
|
I keep getting their phone service material in the mail.....in which they tout their progressive politics and campaign contributions, and I must say I'm impressed by the pitch. I was just wondering if their were any DUers who are customers, and what their experiences have been like with their phone service and customer service.

1. I am a member and so is SNN |

We love Credo. If you talk to another Credo member, it doesn't cost you a penny. Also, on weekends, you can call long distance free. I must add, we did this on a special. But, we really like Credo. They are progressive.

No service problems, good coverage here in Brooklyn. The only place where I drop calls is on my side of the living room couch. Oh well. Other than that, never had a dropped call. Customer service is fine, the 2 or 3 times I've had to call. After 2 years, I got a free upgrade from a Sanyo flip phone to a Blackberry.
And they send emails once in a while suggesting letter-writing campaigns, etc. All in all, a good deal and you know your money isn't being used to spy on you...

for at least 6 years...probably more. Have both LD and Cell phone. They are great and the 6 months of free ice cream wasn't bad either.

what's nice is they bill you every two months - I really don't use it much since Skype - it's so cheap and they contribute to progressive organizations, so I keep it.

Great customer service- and I had to call a lot to tweak our service plan. The last call I made, the reps computer was slow and she kept apologizing for how long it took. At the end of the call she said she's send some Ben & Jerry's coupons to make up for it.
We got 10 free B&J pints!!!
edit- they bought out my old contract for free.
The only think is they don't support the iphone.
