So what will the Iraq and Afghanistan War Memorials look like?

So what will the Iraq and Afghanistan War Memorials look like?
Will they look like the WWII memorial and be conservative, yet liberal?

Will it be like the Korea Monument, and really be understated?

Or will it be like the Vietnam Monument, where there could be no other monument than a list of those who were lost?
