This is some no-name tea partier running against Earl Bluemenauer in Oregon.

There is a cartoon on her website with an Abe Lincoln-esque character rolling up sleeves and getting ready to forcibly eject fat Earl from a bar. Interesting how they paint him as a fat lush when he is neither.

Is this threatening or just dumb? Reminiscent of that stupid "Gather your Armies!" ad.
