If one gives money to the Tea Party is it considered a political contribution? |

The Tea Party is not considered a real political Party like the Democratic or Republican Parties are or even the Green and Libertarian are.. If it does not have to be declared as a political donation then it can be unlimited and not subject to campaign finance laws...Is that a loop hole Republicans have found..
