Breaking - Republicans block pay raises for military personnel.
Today's political grandstanding by Republicans in the Senate effectively put "on hold" pay raises for American military personnel. Seems a crass move, especially when so many families are struggling to make ends meet.

To hold hostage financial relief to thousands of American military families for the sake of a partisan wedge issue is politics at its worst. It's not the Grand Old Party, it's the Grandstand Party.

Enough is enough.

4. The Dems have been handed an entire arsenal with which
to win this election. too bad they aren't seeing fit to use it. The vote against health care for 9/11 responders alone should be playing in ads every hour on the hour in every media outlet...

2. And the Democratic Party needs to use this as a hammer.
Loudly and repetitively.

6. Let's be honest
the military is something to be used, not supported...if you are a modern-day Republican.

I mean they don't have the good sense to die while winning all those victories for the sake of Empire.

Have I mentioned just how much I highly dislike modern-day republicans?

I think they should get pay raises since we are in the midst of stealth inflation, but at the same time we arent giving SS recipients any help in coping with rising costs, so.......
