1. I loved the interview afterward too.

2. Delay clearly didn't understand what he was saying a couple of times

He didn't know what Colbert mean by "move some numbers" Delay said "I want to move some books" --dumass

Then he asked him what he would have "trooped" out in the last election....then Colbert repeated it...then Colbert restated it to ask what Delay would have reminded people of what they accomplished.

Tom needs to get out more.

The part where Colbert points out that his point about Hitler being mistated was almost sad to watch. Delay, again, clearly didn't understand what the guy across the table was saying to him.

Did you catch that he didn't know how to spell "hammer", when he was signing Colbert's? It would be pretty freaking hysterical if Colbert showed that signature on his next show - and it was signed "The Hamer". :rofl:

6. That was just a weak joke

When I saw that Colbert had postit notes in the book I knew we were about to see that Delay probably had no idea what was in it. See my post above about Delay evidently not knowing what "move some numbers" and "trooped out" mean
