1. Bloomberg expected to endorse Cuomo
A Democratic source tells Eyewitness News that Mayor Bloomberg is expected to endorse Andrew Cuomo for governor.

The Daily News and New York Post report that the official announcement could come as soon as Wednesday.

So far, there is no comment from his Republican competitor, Carl Paladino.

3. Bloomberg is an Independent.
Plus there is a history of crossing party lines for endorsements in New York. Giuliani endorsed Cuomo's father, Mario, for governor over Pataki.

5. It's "new-and-improved" Bloomberg.
Who the heck is he going to endorse? The republican is crazy as a bedbug ... and a sure loser to boot.

Bloomberg's not particularly bright but he does know a bad investment when he sees it.
