I'm actually amazed that Lieberman and Webb voted to repeal DADT today

Memo to Blanche Lincoln:

You're 20 points down in the most optimistic polls. You are going to lose. Since you know you are going to lose, it frees you up to vote your conscience, instead of voting your state's redneck interests. If you're going to go out, go out doing some good.

Memo to Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins:

The teabaggers are not going to keep you in office because of your vote today. They ousted Bennett, for chrissakes.... your vote today didn't save you. You are both going to be primaried the next go around and you will be gone.

Your *ONLY* hope is to switch parties or go independent. You don't need the Republican party anymore... it sure as hell has made it clear that it wants nothing to do with you.

Do the right thing.. the thing you said you were going to do. Since the Republican base is going to hate you either way, you should feel free to do the right thing.

Memo to Pryor:

See memo to Blanche.

1. Liberman has been a genuine progressive on this issue from the get go
At least Webb voted for cloture, even if he would have voted against the final bill on substance. Obviously, he wasn't willing to be an obstructionist.

3. I would note that both Senators Snowe and Brown have to stand for election in 2012
This vote won't help either of them

5. Just because I support Obama
Does not mean I am blind to the problem..The blue Dogs are the real impediment to the liberal agenda, time to send them to the dog pound.

6. The vote was merely to allow debate and if Harry had 60 votes, both Lincoln and Pryor
would have voted for it as well.
