Good grief. Tweety does it again.
He showed a chart of how much money the top candidates are "worth".

Clinton 10 to 50 million
Obama 1 to 2 milliion
Edwards 22 to 62 million.

He read off the numbers just like the chart showed without comment until he got to Edwards, and added what
sounded like a snarky addendum "there's a wide range"

Now just MAYBE he meant it was a "wide range" for all of them but I don't think so...because 1 to 2 isn't "wide".
I think he just can't subtract 10 from 50 and realize it's the same result as 62 minus 22.

Romney to Report Financial Assets Between $190 Million and $250 Million
WASHINGTON - An adviser to Mitt Romney says the Republican presidential candidate is expected to report financial assets between 190 million and 250 million dollars.

Romney, who made his fortune as a management consultant, has received permission from the Federal Election Commission to delay the official filing of his financial disclosure documents for 45 days beyond a May 15th deadline.

2. And what difference would it make anyhow?
Edited on Fri May-18-07 05:09 PM by Winebrat
High office has been the domain of millionaires for decades. Did he show what the repukes were worth? That's got to make these numbers look puny...

4. The real question is
ALL THE TOP CANDIDATES in both parties--how much was self-made and how much was "old" money?
Hillary and Edwards I know are self-made...unsure about Obama?
Can someone help me out on that one?
