I have news for the democratic party....
I am a registered democrat and HAVE always voted in every election.. BUT they are about to cross the Rubicon for me.. IF they allow the Bush tax cut on those making 250k+ to continue after this year.. I will see no difference between the parties.. I will be discouraged and I will refrain from voting this year..

1. Obama does not want to extend the bush tax cuts
for the wealthy, because the US cannot afford them.

21. I have to say
The Democrats are letting me down, and in a Red State, I catch hell for that.

BUT, how can you give an inch to people who consider Sarah Palin potus material? How can you forget how much they fucked up the country (well, multiple countries) during their tenure?

I expect politics as usual if the Democrats win, but at least the GOP won't be making it worse than usual.

7. it won't happen. no way to get 60 votes in the senate for that and then POTUS would need to sign it
and if he vetoes you need 67 senate votes

I don't believe that's ever been done. Even in an offhand way. Way to snark, dude!

And no, I have no idea who samrock is. I doubt he/she is nearly as insightful as you and me. Huh?
