We are permanently occupying Iraq and Afghanistan under false pretenses, but we are not now, nor have we ever been at war in those two countries, so everyone should stop lying about it and calling it war, even you Mr. President.

No one could ever come up with a believable official explanation of why we are in Iraq and Afghanistan, even now blatherers and liars can't successfully explain our presence there, why we went in, when we are leaving, none of it.

Yes, many thousands of people have died, but that's the only war-like thing about it. They don't want us there, we don't want to be there, not our soldiers, not our generals, not the occupants of these two god-awful countries.

Every bullshit excuse they can think of has been repeated ad nauseum for 9 fucking years now, and it all goes in one ear and out the other, but I'm not fooled. There IS NO war, and worse, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it but watch what the monsters in charge do over there.

General Betrayus begs the U.S. not to RUSH out of Afghanistan, even though that's exactly how we got there, we rushed in like maniacs after nine eleven was orchestrated. Sure, it's a clusterfuck disaster, but you can't just run away, it takes decades and thousands of dead people to retreat from a disaster, or so we're told.

Wake up you dumb ass Americans.

2. I've been calling the occupations occupations for years.
Many of the articles I post still refer to the (take your pick) 'occupation' as 'war'. And I agree with you.

17. Trouble is the fools rush in using our kids lives
I was one of those kids one time. The next time I'll damn sure make damn sure my stepsons aren't used as fodder in any of these kinds of wars, is all I really do know.

8. Cue George Orwell:

"It's not a matter of whether the war is not real, or if it is, Victory is not possible. The war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continuous. Hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance. This new version is the past and no different past can ever have existed. In principle the war effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of starvation. The war is waged by the ruling group against its own subjects and its object is not the victory over either Eurasia or East Asia but to keep the very structure of society intact."

9. Or Aldous Huxley (or Roger Daltrey)...
A democracy which makes or even effectively prepares for modern, scientific war must necessarily cease to be democratic. No country can be really well prepared for modern war unless it is governed by a tyrant, at the head of a highly trained and perfectly obedient bureauc
racy.

13. yeah
To us, sitting here typing way, it is not a war.

But for the people on the ground in those areas, it is war.

Few are getting rich, while many are being made poorer.

The silent majority of Americans support the war. They must remain silent or they risk being exposed for the devilish creatures they are.

What we need is for the war to lead the news every night. And expose the devilishness of the silent majority, then they may be shamed into supporting peace instead?

Every night: Bombs Away!!

of Americans who support the occupation?
