Who put out this US ad I've started seeing which |
|
essentially trashes everything this administration has sought to accomplish and ends with a little kid slo mo waving a flag? It is kind of fuzzy like Reagan's commercials. There is not one organization mentioned on it.

He was on Chuck and Savannah's show yesterday, smirking while they fawned all over him for "his work". He also did that commercial a few years back against Pres. Obama, the one which starts out, "He's the biggest celebrity...". His commercials are all similiar -- manipulative, cutesy, gimmicky. They are very slick and somewhat sophisticated looking, but there's not much substance underneath the message but innuendo. He's mostly trying to grab peoples' attention by doing something funny and outrageous so you think about that instead of the real issues. Someone said this one that you mention should be renamed "Mourning in WHITE America". I agree because it shows no people of color in it. Seems to be targeting white Americans of the Tea Party variety.

3. It also gives the impression that it is put out by a large and generic "US" |
|
that is representative of more than one small group. Did he fund it all or just produce that bit of offal.

that much about him. Yesterday was the first time I saw him on TV. It appears that he only does commercials for Republicans http://www.strategicperceptioninc.com/samples.phpHe seems to do alot of ads for candidates in red states, so not too much of a surprise that the candidates he helps there win. Wait, here you go, just found this: http://www.commercialappeal.com/news/2010/sep/22/kathleen-parker-mourning-ad-targets-obama/?partner=yahoo_feeds
