He's at least as tan as the Jersey Shore cast and they proudly spend 1/3 of their lives in tanning booths as part of their "GTL-gym, tan, laundry" ritual. Though I guess Boehner's ritual is probably more "DTSA-drink, tan, screw America".

I'm refinishing a guitar pretty soon and I'd like to know how Bohener's guy gets the orange to "pop the grain" just right. Analine dye applied to the wood, or tint in the lacquer? Nitrocellulose or polyurethane clearcoat? How many coats does he spray before wet sanding and buffing?
