Powerful endorsement from Warren Buffet: "I'd vote for Obama all over again"
Edited on Thu Sep-23-10 12:58 PM by scheming daemons

Buffett, on Obama: “I’d vote for him all over again. … I think he’s got the same vision about America I do. … I think he has the same social goals, very much, that I do.”

This flies in the face of the "Obama is anti-business" screed that CNBC and Fox are spamming the airwaves with.

Yes... Buffet is filthy rich. But he's someone that independents pay close attention to.

By the way, he also said this:

“I think it’s almost a cinch that they will be extended for the people – I don’t know if it’ll be exactly $250,000, or whatever the number may be, in the end. But I do not that there’s going to be, effectively, a tax increase for people up and down the line. I think there should be tax increases for people in the high income levels.

1. Why shouldn't he? This has worked out just fine for his class.

2. Why do all of the other rich fat cats hate him?

Your comment is illogical.

And I agree!

4. Warren Buffet is one of the few wealthy people who get it,
who appreciate how fortunate they are, and who realize that in a civil society those who have are required to pay their dues.

I will never forget his comments in 2007 about how his secretary paid a higher percent of her income in taxes than he did----and he found that objectionable.

5. But will it be reported, like it might if Buffett was talking about a different President?
That is the question.
