2. According to this graph, 9 percent of the jobs lost since January 2008 have been recovered.
Edited on Thu Sep-23-10 06:49 PM by Brickbat
Wonder what kind of jobs they are, and who got them, and what kind of benefits they have. How many jobs per month need to be created to keep up with demand? 100K? I can't remember. I'm sure the people who have jobs are thrilled. I, for one, am tired of this graph.

4. Thank you for posting

This is the graph I saw last week or so and couldn't find it when I got home from work. Saved it this time.

K&R!

5. Again?
How many times?

I certainly wouldn't post this as any kind of meaningful support for the Obama Administration. It is tepid and misleading.

6. Why anyone thinks that voters rely on some silly-ass chart to make decisions--
--is beyond me. They rely on what is going on in their lives, and what the chart shows is a really, really HUGE net job deficit that will take many years to make up at current rates of job growth.

It's like saying to someone treading water in a really big toilet that maybe in 3 or 4 years we can pull you out of there, but dammit be grateful that we've stopped them from flushing you down.
