Some things I noticed: it has lots of nice pictures of cowboys in it--are they trying to make people reminisce about how "wonderful" life was under Ronald Reagan, who was a horseman? It has a really nice picture of a (presumably) family owned meat market, the kind most of us have never been in because meat markets are very rare today. (I notice they didn't publish a picture of the way most Americans get their meat--buying it in factory-wrapped packages from Walmart.) And it's got a picture of John Boehner wearing two interesting things: foundation strong enough to cover his normal orange (it says "Sears Weatherbeater" on the side of the can) and no flag pin.
Anyway, the thing is fucking outrageous. Their solution to healthcare: control the spiraling cost of health insurance by allowing all the insurance companies to move to West Virginia, where there is no more "spiraling" because rates are so high they ran out of thread on the screw. Their solution to bringing jobs back to America: make permanent the Bush tax cuts--gee, guys, if the tax rate is killing jobs, how in fuck is leaving it the same going to create more of them? And their solution to funding the troops is to pass "clean troop funding bills" that are free of "pork barrel spending," which will never fucking happen because Congress, on both sides of the aisle, has long seen the defense appropriations act as the place to stick all the shit you'd never get funded any other way.
