Symbolicaly, he needs to come asking for the money.

... in the fog of war, and demand that Halliburton give back the money they've overcharged the taxpayers for their goods and services.

Jebus, what am I saying? If he got back the money from those two sources alone, this war could be funded for another half-century!

It is that simple. The Democrats do not have to surrender to these bully-wins-all tactics. bush has vetoed the funding bill, now let's see who blinks first.

refused. It's his turn to go up to the congress with his proposal.
