Replace the Capitol's indoor plumbing with Chamber Pots
If chamber pots were good enough for the Founding Father's they should be good enough for our current legislators.
Having flies buzzing around your head while your doing your duty has a way of encouraging thoughts of civic improvement and more efficient ways of eliminating waste.
And maybe if our representatives were forced to use chamber pots at work the Democrats would remember where their balls are and Republicans would learn to smell their own shit.

1. There's nothing in the Constitution requiring taxpayers

To pay for anyone's personal "waste management" aka plumbing.

The SCOTUS shouldn't have toilets either. The Founding fathers didn't envision toilets or they would have written them into the original document.

A K and an R for you!
