Dylan Ratigan: "the democratic party is a vehicle of the wealth of Wall Street" |
Those of us who say the republicans are for the rich people are confused. :eyes: Does anyone still watch his show? :eyes:

3. uh--don't you think that might have something to do with our problem with the dems? |
It's not the only thing we're about. But jeez, do the dem reps who are owned by Wall Street fuck us over just like they were Republicans, maybe even worse becasue you don't expect that. And I can only expect that it will get worse now that the Scotus has screwed up our election contributions system.

8. There is a new thread -- |
where our very own Blue Dogs are pushing for an extention of the top tier Bush tax cut and are coming ip with lots of nice cuts to offset them -- like that will somehow make it more palatable. :puke:
Right now, too many Democrats are a vehicle for Wall Street.

6. He's right. He just forgot to point out that the Republicans do they exact same thing |
You can't have Timothy Geithner in the Obama administration and pretend that the Democratic Party is not a vehicle of the wealth of Wall Street. Just look at the bailouts.
He just forgets to mention it would be the same thing, most likely worse with the Republicans.

7. Well, the bailouts originated with the Bush administration |
So, yeah, we have the Republicans to thank not only for the cause, but the cure. And those bailouts have been paid back under the Obama administration. I wonder if a McCain administration would have been quite so diligent about making sure We the People got reimbursed?

10. Actually, the Republicans are the party of Wall Street. |
The bluedogs are also for Wall Street. To make a blanket statement that implicates Feingold/Sanders/Kucinich/The CBC , etc is disingenuous to say the least.
