The Democrats had a chance yesterday....but decided to let the republicans upstage and take it away from the Democrats

Because of yesterdays date the Dems had built in chance to explain the truth about their health care plan to the whole country that the republicans have smeared from day one.... the Democrats could of had an expected media opportunity a free made for television political ad to pound in the positive things about the much needed health care bill ("ObamaCare" as republicans love to insult it as.) The Dems on this beginning day could of explained to the whole country what the diabolical republicans have constantly lied about, distorted trashed and purposely & effectively confused most of the country regarding the democrats health care bill.

There are indeed some excellent things in the Dems health care bill, some of them great ones concerning children that became law yesterday. yet the democrats ignored the opportunity to triumph the positives of their own bill, a history making bill for the American workers, poor & middle class .

But this event did occur all because the democrats like Harry Reid catered to a few fucking Blue-dog (DLC) Democrats that are so frightened of the republicans that these losers are actually running against the democrats own health-care bill .....letting pass up a great campaign chance yesterday to explain the health care bills merits to all.

So, what did the democrats do instead yesterday?

While stupidly ignoring the ground breaking health care day the Democratic Majority Senate "Leader” Harry Reid” instead announced that the Democrats are going to run away from pursuing a tax cut bill for people making under $250,000.00 which would come to pass by democrats allowing the Bush ten year deficit raising, NO job producing, tax cuts for the rich to EXPIRE....This is a popular and correct thing to pursue considering that more than 60% of Americans agreed with it.

The wonderful Nancy Pelosi can do all she can to still get a vote in the House - but it futile because Reid will put it all to a halt as he said yesterday, until after the November elections....,The fucking blue-dogs "democrats" as well as the extremely weak-kneed mealy-mouth Harry Reid are so afraid of the republicans and their “30 second TV spots”, of the lies the republicans will tell in those those 30 second spots, falsely painting the democrats as "raising" taxes instead of the truth, which of course is simply letting the tax cut for the rich bill EXPIRE - And democrats alternatively offering a new and better bill to help everyone making under 250K! - Haven't the Dems ever heard of running their own counter spots or ads?

The Dems instead prefer to run away from the their own improved tax cutting bill, Reid selfishly says just until "after" the elections.....All because the Reid and Dems are frightened and fearful of the boogieman republicans.....as Keith Olbermann called them, "republican bullies" and on Olbermann's show, as Michael Moore eloquently offered...... "We ALL know how to stop bullies be done to bullies - You confront them, You stand up to them"!

Not the Democrats they prefer to run away from the republicans and their lies & threats.....

BUT......There are a few Democrats who will stand tough, really tough and throw that shit right back in the republicans face, clearly exposing the republicans, showing the difference between the elitist corporate republicans and the fighting for the workers Democrats....Democrats like Congressman Alan Grayson of Florida for one.... Democratic Grayson is the kind of democrat all people respect and the republicans fear!

Even so the democrats allowed the despicable republicans to steal what should have been the Dems big day yesterday.....

The diabolical republicans purposely, on this particular day, knowing that on September 23rd 2009 – finally, after all these decades the good things in the Dems health care plan for the country's children would become law.

But the slimy republicans didn't want the country to hear the health care milestones, intentionally preferring keeping everyone angry & confused about the Dems basically simple but effective health care bill.

But the worthless republicans seized the moment, and stole the show from what rightfully belonged to the passive democrats noses- The ruthless & arrogant republicans decided on this day to pontificate their usual new phony gimmick labeled, "A Pledge (or is it Bullshit) to America” contract". Absolutely complete and total republican garbage.....But it made the headlines on all the news shows....

And what did the feeble Democrats do in lieu of this potentially electrifying day for themselves?

Sadly, the Dems just ran away................ never showed up nor spoke a word of any of their ideas and accomplishments – They rand from two of their best....One, that they finally achieved a health care bill (no public option, but many great things for children) And second, the proposed tax cut bill for working people that would actually help the people that need it most, as well as stimulate & benefit the economy and the country.......But it's all passed now with a whimper.
