The Republican message by the MEDIA is at an 'orgasmic' high!
Edited on Fri Sep-24-10 08:23 PM by Rosa Luxemburg
What are YOU going to do about this?

Every national newspaper, channel is lockstep to provide a Republican victory this fall.

What steps are you going to take to thwart this debacle?

It is September, now is to unleash the ammunition. October is too late m' dears.

1. Psst. The election is in November
Calm down. Lot of serious soul searching will be going on until then.

4. Shh, let me tell you a secret
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dewey_Defeats_Truman

For many technical reasons all them vaunted polls are wrong... and I suspect we are in for a pleasant surprise.

Realize I know why HISTORICALLY I should be wrong... but I suspect the special brand of Crazee the GOP is unleashing... more folks will vote than usual, and exactly the type of voter that them polls ain't reaching.

As to worried, people are... and people will vote, people are talking to neighbors and the rest. But the media is doing 'xactly what a right wing controlled (and all but free) media has been doing since at least 2000.

5. The media jumped the shark
with their big assist on the Clinton Impeachment. That's when I can trace the complete takeover of the media by the republicans. It's a civil war and the media is the battleground.

6. It is indeed the COLD phase of the civil war
I personally take Angle at her word when she says that if they don't make any advances they need to consider second amendment remedies.

9. Fox News Channel Jr. (CNN) tool Wolf Blitzer
spent his first segment talking about Obama's "record low approval rating" of 42%. Every other poll puts him at 50% within the margin of error.

11. They stole 4-7% of the electronic vote in 2000 + 2004
I think they plan on stealing 8-10% this year.
Only way they can do it.

And all the media woe for the dems is paving the way for the theft.
Setting an expectation.

And the fuckwads in the DLC still won't get it.

13. The Media Will Cover Its A&% By Blaming President Obama and Howard Dean...
...for not getting the Democratic message out.

Afterall, according to the media, it must be Howard Dean's fault that he never appears on Sunday news, while Newt Gingrich is always featured pushing some racist right wing theme about President Obama being a Commie, Kenyan, revolutionary.
