Johnny Cash disturbed about Iraq invasion before his death

_____ Rosanne Cash claims that if it was not for his failing health, her father would have publicly denounced the 2003 Iraq invasion . . .

"We invaded Iraq in March, and he died in September. And because his health was so fragile, he couldn’t take the controversy of making a public statement against the war."

Rosanne Cash was attacked "mercilessly" after participating in Musicians United to Win Without War and says "my father knew that he couldn’t tolerate that."

Two weeks before the U.S. lead invasion, Johnny Cash was put into a medically induced coma.

"He went to sleep not knowing if we had invaded Iraq. It was the last thought on his mind. When he woke up, I was sitting by his side. He looked at me and reached over to pull the television over to him. He was looking at me like, 'Did it happen?' I said, 'Dad, it happened.' He went, 'No! No!' Can you imagine? This is the first thing he thought of when he woke up from a weeklong coma

On the morning of 911 we said to each other 'Is this the day ?"
He went to work I went to the gym and saw the first plane hit the tower.
I went to the office and called him and said 'They did it'.
You see prior to that we had realised that the nazis had taken our country and that the world trade would be a target. Either allowing an attack or aiding in it so we could invade Iraq for oil.
You can ask my friends..those still living that is, what I told them in 98, we would be 'attacked' and would invade the middle east. Any excuse would do.
I am so ashamed and embarrassed to be American, I think w and dicki should be taken out and shot and all of their offspring with them..just because they haven't done any evil that we know of does nto mean that they deserve to breath the air and soil our environment, besides they share in the evil.
