Blackhawk Park and low lying areas are going to be inundated.

But this IS NOT A METRO AREA on the east or west coast, hell it isn't even a metro area in Wisconsin, So who gives a rat's a@@? Well, the people who live there for sure...but damn, how IMPORTANT are they? Really????????????????
