Koch Industries products

These products are produced by subsidiaries of Koch Industries, which is funding the Tea Party and funding anti-climate change activities.

2. Dammit
I knew there was something right-wing about those "dixie cups" in my bathroom.

Now looking back and looking at the name, it's all so obvious.

3. The only thing we've ever bought from them:
Dixie Cups.

I bought a huge supply from Costco, ages ago. Do you know of a good substitute?

I just got back from the market with a roll of Angel Soft.

Well, at least I can take pleasure that it's asswipe material. After this package has been used, no more Angel Soft. And I shall not use any products if I know it was made by koch.

16. Yup.
http://www.fibersource.com/F-Info/More_News/Invista-111703.htm

INVISTA, which was sold to Koch Industries in 2004, makes all these fibers:

Lycra (spandex)
Stainmaster (carpet fiber)
Antron (another kind of nylon fiber)
Coolmax (used in athletic wear)
Thermolite (similar to coolmax)
Cordura (very heavy woven nylon)
Supplex (another kind of lycra)
Tactel (a new synthetic fiber that feels really nice)

It also makes these specialty chemicals:

Corfree (corrosion inhibitor)
Dytek (they make "idea intermediates"--think of them as "parts" for your formulas)
ADI-Pure (adipic acid, used to make nylon)
Terathane (polyether glycols, used for polyurethanes and polyesters)

So you see the problem: a completely innocent-looking product, like a polyurethane bushing, could be funding the teabaggers.

17. Tell you I never bought any anyway.
The toilet paper was yukey I didn't like it haven't bought it in years. And the rest of the stuff I just never liked. So I guess I have been boycotting them for years and didn't know it.
