Anyone know how to contact Larry David? I have a feeling he wouldn't approve of this.

1. "job killing" is the new catch phrase
about anything that makes big business accountable for anything.

Next they'll say that requiring 15 minute breaks is "job killing".

2. Not his to control... (He licensed for Curb)
The theme for Curb Your Enthusiasm is "Frolic" by Italian composer Luciano Michelini. David heard the music used in an A.G. Edwards commercial years before the show was created and thought it had a lighthearted, joyful quality, so as to balance the show's otherwise downcast, gloomy feel.

That's why I don't post via cell phone very often... I seem not to have mastered the cutting/pasting short cuts on b'berry.

4. Aren't there other instances of abused songs?
For example how Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA" was used by the Reagan campaign in '84?

In 2008, Jackson Browne sued the McCain campaign for using Browne's song "Running on Empty" in a commercial; the Ohio Republican Party actually used that song in a pro-McCain ad.

5. The GOP does this all the time.
I doubt they got permission to use this song.
