I don't know about the rest of you guys but I am voting for and supporting democratic candidates. We have a very diverse and wide ranging membership who will never agree on anything completely. We fight and yell and attack each other, but in the end we come together to do what is best for our country. We can debate about candidate purity and dedication to the cause all day long but by sitting back and letting these crazy ass republican tea party pushing, fear mongering, racist, homophobic, idiotic, ill-informed, hateful, mean spirited, orange hued, serial monogamist, lying, witchcraft dabbling anti-jerk off jerk offs win, we LOSE. WE LOSE.
I don't want to lose to these morans. I like the President. I am willing to give him more than two years to turn things around. I am donating a little bit of money to www.barackobama.com and getting out to support my local democratic candidates it's not much but it's better than sitting back and bitching and allowing John Boehner to set the agenda.
You're either with me or against me (I would like you with me you ragtag group of non-comformists). If you don't want to vote to support the democrats, at least vote to piss off the republicans (Rush Limbaugh is only 10 blood pressure points away from an aneurysm). Fuck up their meme and vote for a democrat.
Sincerely,
Mortos AKA Steven J. Vincent

2. Before any Wiccans jump on me... |

I have nothing against real Wiccans, I just can't stand those who "dabbled into witchcraft." By the way, I think Ms. O'Donnell's little story about her witchy date is a completely made up bullshit.

8. The alternative is unthinkable |
|
Some here seem to think their 'punishment' of Democratic candidates through staying home on election day or voting for third-party candidates will 'send a message' to party leadership. All that will accomplish is getting Republicans elected. The best Republican is still worse than the worst Democrat, and I defy any of you 'purists' to prove otherwise.

Pete: Wait a minute. Who elected you leader of this outfit?
Ulysses: Well Pete, I figured it should be the one with the capacity for abstract thought. But if that ain't the consensus view, then hell, let's put it to a vote.
Pete: Suits me. I'm voting for yours truly.
Ulysses: Well I'm voting for yours truly too.
Delmar: Okay... I'm with you fellas.

I will vote for all Democrats - no way could I vote for anyone else. I couldn't sleep nights thinking of voting for a Republican/teabagger or any other party.

Any Dem I vote for is facing an uphill battle of right wing bullshit to even have a fighting chance. But I will still vote for them.

"If they are not against you, they are for you" Many groups all moving the same direction without an authoritarian hierarchy. The more people that think and feel, the better the system is. I like this scene from a movie. Love Letter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyOo-mLMC_U&feature=related
