MA Governor race: Baker (GOP challenger) ties Patrick in poll

Patrick vs Baker: 35% vs 34%

Man this sucks. I've just ordered my Deval Patrick yard sign from the campaign website. For those not near here, charles Baker is the former CEO of Harvard-Pilgrim HMO, and Patrick is the incumbent Democratic governor. I think he's done a good job in light of the quantity of yahoos in the legislature*. Yup, we might end up with a fucking bastard health insurance motherfucker as our governor.


* compared to NY and CA I must say that Mass. governance is a model of intelligence, fairness, and democracy, so I can't complain too much.
