Watching "Nuclear Jihad" on Discovery Times
A.Q. Khan began importing nuclear parts for Pakistan on Bush's watch. This is what making strange bedfellows does when you are trying to assemble alliances for a phony, unpopular world. The CIA was told to turn their heads because Pakistan was a strategic ally for the War in Iraq. They (CIA) lost track of Khan's transactions and Khan became an exporter of nuclear material, as well as an importer for Pakistan's bomb. Khan shopped the Islamic bomb to Iran. He had offered it to Libya, too, but that shipment was intercepted and Khadafi, embarrassed by the incident, confessed and gave it up. When Khan's nuclear Wal-mart was exposed at that time, Masharif would not allow the CIA to come close to Khan and Khan's only punishment was a public apology. It is still unknown what other recipients received nuclear components before Khan's Nuclear Wal-mart was discovered.

To me, this sounds like more fallout from Bush/Cheney's Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL). These kiutzes allowed Pakistan and Iran to get nuclear technology; and maybe, there are some spare nuclear materials on the underground market that Bin Laden's group is bidding on or already has.
